Do you offer free delivery service?

Yes, we offer free delivery on orders above ₱ 1000 pesos to anywhere in the Philippines.
Do you accept order based on Cash On Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we accept Cash On Delivery for most locations in the Philippines. Please click here to check COD serviceable areas. In case, you are in the remote areas you may collect your order through our authorize courier branch office nearest to your place.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to the current pandemic situation by the corona virus, deliveries may cause some delays in transit because of ECQ/MEQ restrictions in every municipality/city which is beyond of our control. However, the majority of our clients should expect the delivery for the following areas :-
a.) 5 - 7 working days (from Mindanao to NCR) subject to change without prior notice
b.) 5 - 7 working days (from Mindanao to Luzon) subject to change without prior notice
c.) 5 - 7 working days (from Mindanao to Visayas) subject to change without prior notice
d.) 2 - 3 working days (from Mindanao to Mindanao) subject to change without prior notice
My order has been confirmed, what next?

3AG Star online platform will automatically acknowledge your order and when your order is ready for delivery you should receive an email / SMS notification or a call. This means that one of our courier drivers has your shipment and should be on the way to you shortly.
What if they try to deliver while I am out of the house?

Please make yourself available when we deliver your order. You will get an e-mail and text message informing you that your parcel is on its way or our courier will contact you directly. In case you are not available, you may ask the courier to deliver the item to your office if there is a scheduling issue to fix a convenient time for delivery.
