RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Items delivered from 3AG Star Online Store can be returned within 15 days from receipt of goods items for the following reasons & conditions :-

 

  1. If you have received a wrong product or damaged product.

 

       Return Condition

  • Product received must be unused, in original unbroken packaging and includes all tags, labels / stickers. All other categories including electronics, watches, sunglasses, toys or breakable items & accessories will be accepted if found defective, different from description or picture displayed.

  • The returned items must be in original condition and packaging, including boxes, tags, booklets and labels, plastic shrink wrap. For board games and other collectibles, this means that the original manufacturer shrink wrap must be intact.

 

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item back to our store warehouse and also the shipping back to you (customer). In case, there is a price difference for the size or replacement, the customer will have to shoulder the cost if any.

 

  • If the product is found in good condition during our investigation without any defect or damage we shall ship it back to you at your own expense of the shipping.

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

 

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, simply get in touch with our Customer Service within 24 hours upon receiving the order. Kindly send us an email to info@3agstar.com and attached the photo of the damaged / defective item or if it is incorrect item, attached the photo of the item that you have received and also the photo which you ordered with the product code to be mentioned or send us a message via online chat.

  • We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges - there are no exceptions to this even if you have bought the wrong one by mistake. Please ensure that you carefully review our product item description, size, color, & etc, before you check out the items in the shopping cart to avoid careless mistakes. We personally guarantee everything we sell is 100% satisfaction. 

 

NON-RETURNABLE

         

 You do not have a right to return, replace or exchange products in respect of the following:

  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers / barcode stickers.

  • The following products are non-returnable and non-refundable :-

  2. Perfumes and Fragrance

  3. Skin Care Products

  4. Make-up and Nail Care Products

  5. Personal Grooming Products

  6. Aromatherapy and Massage Products

  7. Vitamins and Supplements

  8. Medical Supplies

  9. Insect Repellents

  10. Intimate Apparel

  11. Body Jewelry & Watches

  12. Ink Cartridges

  13. Factory-Sealed Sports Collectibles

  14. e-Gift Cards

  15. Household cleaning goods

  16. contact lenses

  17. Swimwear

  18. Hosiery

  19. Socks

  20. Hygiene related and personal care products and certain products (i.e. tethers, diapers, hygiene tissues, feeding related products)

  21. Underwear & innerwear for men, women & children

  22. Clothing such as t-shirt, short pants, long pants including shoes that has already been worn CANNOT be returned.

  23. Digital content, magazines or comics

  24. Any apparel of any kind cannot be returned or replaced.

  • ​In line with the covid-19 pandemic situation and sanitary concerns, the above products cannot be returned or replaced.

 

  • Any consumable product which has been used or installed.

 

  • Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them.

 

  • Products that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases
