  • HOW CAN I ORDER?
    A: You can order easily using our online platform, just click the “Sign Up” icon and fill in the form i.e. name, address & contact number. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account. You can also easily make reorders afterwards by clicking the “reorder” button on any of your previously made orders. After clicking the “reorder” button the cart will open and you can change quantities or products.
  • WHY SHOULD I BUY ONLINE?
    A: Ordering online is the most convenient and speeding up the process without experiencing any traffic or hassle. By ordering online you will get prices faster and you will be able to go through order confirmation and payment process much faster. This could save your time. Traceability: You will have easy access to all of your previous orders any time you want. Reordering: you can make a re-order anytime based on your previous orders by only couple of clicks. This will save time and effort as you don’t need to go through all the documents and emails from the past.
  • WHAT INFORMATION SHOULD I INPUT WHEN ORDERING?
    A: Our online ordering system will ask for all the information you should submit for tracking i.e. complete name & address, telephone/mobile number, e-mail & etc. Please note that nickname "Alias" is not allowed & not recommended.
  • HOW TO PAY?
    A: 3AG Star is an online e-commerce store just like Lazada, Shopee or Amazon. We do not have a physical store. We only operate our business through online website www.3agstar.com with sales channels facebook page, instagram & twitter. Please note that we don't do "Meet Ups" or "Pick Ups". To order any of our products, you have to sign up or login to enable you to purchase the products just select an item(s) you wish to buy, click "add to cart", enter your shipping and billing address and then select from the following payment options below on checkout: 1. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ATTENTION: WE STOP ACCEPTING C.O.D. DUE TO MANY SCAMMERS (PLS CLICK HERE) We accept Cash On Delivery (COD) for most locations in the Philippines. All deliveries are serviced by our courier partners depending on area/size of order/urgency & etc. Please click here for list of serviceable areas/locations. Please check your order confirmation email for the exact amount and delivery timings. Please make sure to prepare EXACT AMOUNT only. Please make yourself available when we deliver your order. You will get an e-mail and text message informing you that your parcel is on its way or our delivery team will contact you directly. In case you are not available at the agreed date & time, you can leave the money with your representative provided that you have issued a letter of authorization and photocopy of your ID with that person. 3AG Star has the right to cancel any COD orders for the following reasons: Incomplete Name and/or address Dubious or suspicious order After 2 unsuccessful attempts (no one is there to pay and receive, no one answered the phone calls) 2. BANK DEPOSIT If you don't have a Paypal or a credit card/debit card, the other possible option for you is to deposit the money to our bank account in Metrobank. In case, there is no Metrobank branch in your town or city you may deposit the money via Palawan Express, Cebuana Lhuillier, M Lhuillier, Western Union, LBC Instant Peso Padala, ML Kwarta Padala & other remittance company in the Phillippines that would accept "send money services" or "Padala to Bank account. Simply order the item(s) you wish to buy and select BANK DEPOSIT as your mode of payment on checkout. You will receive an email with our bank details and instructions after your checkout. Any order not fulfilled or paid by bank deposit in 48 hours will be forfeited & cancelled. However, except when you place an order on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, the 48 hours deadline ends on Tuesday. After you have successfully deposited the amount of your order, take picture the deposit or scan the deposit slip or screenshot of the deposit if you’re using your mobile to info@3agstar.com as proof of the transaction. Once we confirm receipt of the payment & verified with our bank, we will ship your items as soon as possible and notify you that your order is ready for shipment. PAYMENT THRU GCASH If you wish to order the item and pay thru Gcash, please notify us that you prefer to pay by Gcash. So, we can send you the Gcash payment link. Please note that there is a 2% transaction fee from the total value order added on the invoice. The Gcash payment link will direct you to the Gcash business payment platform which your complete name and the item you purchase with our business name 3AG Star Online Store are visible.
  • HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS USING PAYPAL? HOW DOES IT WORK?
    A: Paypal is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the Paypal website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. After a successful Paypal payment, a payment advice will be automatically generated to 3agstar.com system for your order. It's fast, easy & secure.
  • CAN I PAY USING PAYPAL WITHOUT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
    A: Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use. Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card that is supported by Paypal or simply link your bank account/debit card to your paypal account. By using Paypal, we can process & deliver your orders to you in a shorter time. Paypal is the easiest & most secure way to make payment online. No account needed.   • HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDERS BEFORE I MAKE A PAYMENT?
    A: After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order. Note: We cannot give refunds once payment is verified.
  • WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?
    A: At the moment, the Easy, Quick & 100% Secure is paying through Credit/Debit cards and Paypal, Gcash payments.
  • WHAT ARE OTHER MANUAL PAYMENTS OPTION?
    We have two options for Manual Payment : A) CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) - We accept Cash On Delivery (COD) anywhere in the Philippines. - Please check your order confirmation email for the exact amount and delivery timings. - Please make sure to prepare EXACT AMOUNT only. - Please make yourself available when we deliver your order. You will get an e-mail and text message informing you that your parcel is on its way or our delivery team will contact you directly. - In case you are not available at the agreed date & time, you can leave the money with your representative provided that you have issued a letter of authorization and photocopy of your ID with that person. - 3AG Star has the right to cancel any COD orders for the following reasons: 1. After 2 unsuccessful attempts (no one is there to pay and receive, no one answered the phone calls) B) Bank Deposit / Pera Padala - If you don't have a credit card or debit card and paypal, the next best thing you can do is to deposit the money to our BPI bank account or go to your nearest domestic money transfers if there's no BPI branch in your area, you can still send the money through the following agencies : 1. Western Union 2. ML Kwarta Padala 3. Cebuana Lhuillier 4. Palawan Express 5. LBC Instant Peso Padala 5. TrueMoney Money Padala - When you do the transaction, you have to write the account name and account number correctly. The bank details will be provided through e-mail or to your 3AG Star Online Store login account. - Simply order your item(s) that you wish to buy and select COD / Bank Deposit as your mode of payment on checkout. - After you have checked out the item, you will receive an e-mail about our bank details. - Please note that the official e-mail that you will receive came from info@3agstar.com Any e-mail came from yahoo, gmail, outlook or any platform outside of our official domain is not a legit but a scam and we are not responsible to it. - Once you recieve the e-mail instruction with the invoice, kindly deposit the certain amount immediately. Please note that if your order not fully paid by bank deposit or through remittance/money transfers agency as mentioned above will be forfeited within 48 hours from the date of order confirmation and will be returned back to our online shop inventory (except when you place an order on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday - the 48 hour deadline ends on Tuesday). - Once you have done the deposit, please take a photo or screenshot the deposit slip or remittance receipt from your mobile or scan the copy of the deposit slip or remittance reciept and then email to info@3agstar.com - Once we receive the payment confirmation from our bank (after you email a copy of the deposit slip), we will acknowledge receipt and confirm you that we have received the payment through your registered e-mail at www.3agstar.com.   • IS VAT CHARGED?
    A: Online checkout system will automatically generate the VAT (Value Added Tax) when you order products except items that are mentioned clearly “Tax Included or Inclusive of Tax”.
  • DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE PHILIPPINES?
    A: No. We don't ship outside the country as our business is only in the Philippines territory.
